Any funds in a suspended underage account will be returned to the original payment source.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one account on PKRSlot. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have it resolved without penalty.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. PKRSlot uses this information for account security, verification, and bonus eligibility. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for account closure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

PKRSlot may request identity verification at any time, and will typically require verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 25,000 in a calendar month. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), recent utility bill as proof of address, and screenshots of the payment account used for deposits. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

PKRSlot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion applies to your balance.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by PKRSlot, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must come from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your PKRSlot balance immediately in most cases. Delays of up to 30 minutes may occur during peak banking hours for IBFT transfers.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within two hours for most methods on business days. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Excess winnings may be withdrawn to any verified payment method in your name.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Your account dashboard displays your current wagering progress at all times.
• PKRSlot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at PKRSlot qualify for the Welcome Bonus on their first deposit — up to Rs 50,000 matched at 100%. To claim, the bonus must be opted into during the deposit process. The bonus and any winnings generated from it are subject to a 35× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any remaining bonus and associated winnings will be removed.

5.2 Eligible Games for Wagering

Wagering requirements can be cleared by betting on most PKRSlot products, with the following contribution rates:

• Slots and fishing games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 15% contribution
• Sports betting (cricket, football, other): 50% contribution on single bets at odds of 1.50 or above
• Esports betting: 50% contribution at odds of 1.40 or above
• Video poker and certain side bets: 0% contribution — these bets do not count toward wagering

5.3 Bonus Abuse

PKRSlot reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by PKRSlot, using matched-bet strategies that lock in guaranteed profits against bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus. We monitor for abuse patterns and will act on them.

5.4 Other Promotions

All other promotions — including Reload Bonuses, Free Bets, Cashback offers, the PSL Free Bet, and VIP rewards — are governed by their own specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets at PKRSlot are subject to acceptance. PKRSlot reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. This typically applies only in cases of suspected system errors, odds discrepancies, or where patterns of bet placement suggest abuse.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Stakes

The minimum stake for any single bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event significance. Maximum stakes on major cricket markets including PSL and Pakistan internationals are higher than for regional or niche markets. Specific limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm.

6.3 Match Postponements and Cancellations

• If a cricket or sports match is postponed but begins within 12 hours of the original scheduled start, bets remain valid.
• If a match does not begin within 12 hours, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a match begins but cannot be completed (due to weather, abandonment, or other unforeseen circumstances), settlement follows the official competition ruling. For cricket, the official result determined by the umpires and match referee governs.
• In-play bets placed before an abandonment are settled on the result at the point of abandonment if an official result has been declared — otherwise voided.

6.4 Obvious Errors in Odds

PKRSlot will not be bound by obviously erroneous odds — such as a team at 100.0 that should clearly be 1.10. Where manifestly incorrect odds are identified, PKRSlot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We make every effort to identify and correct such errors quickly. If you notice an odds discrepancy, please report it to support rather than placing bets specifically to exploit it.

6.5 Esports Betting

Esports markets follow the same general rules as sports betting. If an esports match is paused, interrupted, or replayed due to technical issues recognised by the tournament operator, bets may be voided at PKRSlot's discretion following the tournament operator's official ruling. Match-fixing or any form of competitive manipulation that results in unusual betting patterns may result in affected markets being voided pending investigation.

7.1 Game Fairness

All PKRSlot casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available in individual game information panels. PKRSlot does not manipulate game outcomes in any way — the RNG determines results independently of any human input.

7.2 Live Casino Rules

Progressive jackpot games operated by third-party game studios are governed by the studio's own jackpot terms in addition to PKRSlot's general terms. Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and updated in real time. PKRSlot is not responsible for discrepancies in jackpot display caused by network latency between the game studio's systems and the PKRSlot platform.

8.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your PKRSlot login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and do not use easily guessed passwords. PKRSlot will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone.

8.2 Suspicious Activity

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKRSlot support immediately via live chat. We can temporarily suspend your account and investigate.
